Mindfield Online is another great paid survey site.  I have been with them for 3 years and have been extremely pleased.  They send out a decent number of surveys and the compensation is pretty good.

Once you signup with Mindfield Online, you will have access to the member area where you can track your earnings, change preferences, and access information about the program.  There are a few profile surveys that you should take.  The profile surveys can qualify you for an increase in paying surveys and they also act as a pre-screen.  This means that you will most likely qualify for the surveys that you are sent.  This saves you from wasting your time later filling out screeners.

The average payout is in the $1-$5 range although they do occasionally offer higher amounts.  If you happen to not qualify, they do enter you into a drawing for $500 or a chance to win an i-Pod, Wii, iPhone, or a Dell Notebook.  To request a payout, simply log into your account and press the Click Here to Cashout button when your balance reaches $5 or more.  Mindfield Online pays you via check and you can expect to see payment sent out within two to three weeks.

The most important thing about making money with surveys is staying organized.  I highly recommend setting up a separate email address to be used only for your survey invitations.  Gmail is great for this and it is free but you can use any email provider. 

With a dedicated email address, you know that when you log in and see all of the unread emails, that these are all of your new survey invitations.  You can set up a folder for all of your welcome emails that way you can file all of your passwords in one place. 

It is important to check your email as often as possible to see if any new survey invitations have been sent to you.  This way, you don’t miss out on the good ones as sometimes they fill up fast.  I hope this helps.

Lightspeed Consumer Panel is one of my favorite survey companies. I have been with them for about 4 years and couldn’t be happier. They offer a nice steady stream of surveys and good compensation.

Once you sign up, make sure you complete all of the profile surveys in the member’s area. You may also find quick match surveys that can make you eligible for more surveys so make sure to also complete them. In addition to the profile and quick match surveys, the member’s area contains your current survey invitations.

The quick match surveys and the mini polls are rewarded with an entry into the $5000 Lightspeed Sweepstakes. The actual surveys are rewarded with points that can be redeemed for cash or prizes, a sweepstakes entry, and an entry into the Points-A-Day Giveaway. The average points rewarded for surveys is 75-300 and more in depth surveys and product trials have higher rewards. The minimum needed for redemption is 1150 points which equals $10 and payouts are made via Paypal.

In order to keep your account active, you should take at least one to two surveys per week. It’s also a good idea to keep your profile updated, take some of the Mini Polls, and take all of the quick match surveys. If you follow these steps, you should receive plenty of survey invitations from Lightspeed Consumer Panel.

Pinecone Research is one of the best paid online survey sites around. I have been with them for quite a few years. They send a good amount of surveys and the pay for these surveys is very good. 

Once you complete the sign up process, you have to wait to receive a confirmation email with your username and password. This could take anywhere from a couple of days to weeks to receive. If you do not receive one, it is more than likely that you were not accepted at that time. Pinecone Research only accepts people for demographics that fit their needs at that time. You can always try at a later date.

Pinecone Research will send their surveys via email. The surveys that they send are fairly short and they pay $3 for each survey completed plus an entry into a sweepstakes. You can choose to have the money sent to you via check which usually takes about a week after survey completion to receive. The other method is Paypal which takes about 1 to 2 days to receive. Some surveys may also lead to product testing.

The one thing about Pinecone Research is that they do not accept direct sign ups on their site. Sign ups are accepted by invitation only so sign up with the link provided. They also don’t accept new panelists all of the time so when the opportunity pops up to sign up (like now), you need to sign up. I don’t know how long they will be accepting new panelists but I will let you know once they stop by updating this post.
